Another Pre School Visit.

Today we went to Jody and Jessica's kindy.
We saw Dean there. Dean showed Mrs M his profile books.
There were lots of things to do.
We liked playing in the sandpit.
Cody and Kaeleb helped make a river in the sandpit.
Jody and Kara and Amber made a swimming pool.
Jess liked sharing her sample book with Sue.
We would like to visit them again.

On the weekend I went to the rugby club and I got the trophy because I played good. At the rugby
club we had a duck race.

Yesterday Charlotte came to school.
We got to hold her.
It was fun.
We got to bath her.
I got to put her bib on.
Then Cerrie fed milk to the baby.
James had to put the water in the tub.
We all gathered around her.

MONKEYS and MUNCHKINS

Last week we went to visit Monkeys and Munchkins pre-school.
Kaeleb used to go to this pre-school so he showed us where to go.
We went to see Jane as well.
Jane will be starting school this term.

GYMNASTICS

Today we went on our third visit to do gymnastics.
Seven more visits to go.

I am Billy Balloon.
First we read a book.
Then we made a face with vivids on the balloon.
Then we put a bow on them.
It was red.
We played don't let the balloon touch the ground.
We gave them a rest in the front .
Then we did lots of other things too.

We were all given very special names when we were born.
Today, at shared writing time ,we used our names
to write acrostic poems about each other.
We tried to think of special things about our friends
to include in the poems.

Yesterday we went to the day care in Prebbleton.
We are learning how we grow.

KIWI SPORTS DAY at GREENPARK SCHOOL

On Wednesday we played kiwi sport.
I played netball. I got the ball.
Then I played rugby. I kicked the ball.
Then I had to get the red ripper.
Then I played lacrosse.
I had to scoop the ball.

Yesterday we all did it. I did ripper rugby.
I was in the blue team, but there was none left.
Mrs K. said, "I have a ripper."
It was yellow, but I was still in the blue team.
After we played lacrosse with a stick and a ball.
After we played netball.

RESPONSIBILITY

Last term we went to Orana Park.
We went there to learn about responsibility for the animals.
We saw lots of animals.
We got to feed the giraffes twice.
We got to see the lions and tigers.
We saw lions without manes.
We saw rhinos.
We saw meercats.
We had a ride on the carriage behind the tractor.
It was fun.
This term we are learning about EXCELLENCE.

Jessica is going to a new school next term.
Today she helped Ruby's group paint a table.
Ruby helped Jessica to dress up for painting.
Ruby had forgotten her old clothes,
so she found something at school for her and Jessica to wear.
