OUR VISION

This year is the year that we launch our new vision for the school.
It is important that even the youngest students in our school understand our vision.
To help in their understanding, the following adapted from the song "The Pohutakawa Tree" will become our classroom poem:

I am a little acorn seed.
Plant me in the ground and water me.

Plenty of sunshine is what I need.
Then guess what I will be.

Out will shoot a tiny twig,
And it will continue to grow so big.

Grounded, Rounded, Open and Whole.
Into an oak tree is my goal.

Here are some of the Room 3 students planting their acorn trees.
